Standard warranty for Rackit PDUs covers parts and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
LCD Consoles
Standard warranty
Standard warranty for Rackit's line of Sylphit LCD consoles covers parts and workmanship for a period of two (2) years.
Extended warranty
RackitCare extended warranty is an option allowing for Rackit's line of Sylphit LCD consoles to be covered under warranty for an extended period of time.
RackitCare also offers advanced replacement, which guarantees you receive a replacement item (equivalent to or better than the applicable product under warranty) before needing to ship the faulty item back for repair.
RackitCare can be purchased anytime within the standard warranty period.
Additional coverage features offered under RackitCare take immediate effect, even through the original standard warranty period.
