This ongoing technical support - designed to help our clients use the products for their application - may consist of:

  • Support and instructions over the phone regarding product assembly.
  • E-mail (or faxing, or mailing) of layout drawings, or additional assembly instruction.
  • Ongoing assistance with configuring expansions to your previously purchased systems, or
  • Any other means of support Rackit deems appropriate to make the product work for you.

  • Updated FLASH upgrades to bring your product to the most recent firmware version.

  • E-mail (or faxing) of drawings, documents or files, or
  • Any other means of support Rackit deems appropriate to make the product work for you.

To obtain product service

If you believe your unit needs to be sent in for service, repair or replacement - please follow the following steps:

  • Send an E-mail to support@rackittechnology.com.

  • Provide the Make and Model of the product you are having problems with.

  • Provide the Serial # of the product you are having problems with.

  • Provide a detailed description of the problems you are experiencing, including any actions you have already taken in an attempt to overcome the problems you are experiencing.

  • Provide your complete contact information.

  • Provide an address to which the unit should be shipped back to.

In turn, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail to use for shipping your unit for service, along with a shipping address.

NOTE: Do not ship your unit for service unless and until you've received a RMA number from Rackit.  All shipments without a valid RMA number will be refused.
