In addition to Rackit's 2-year standard warranty coverage on LCD consoles, RackitCare offers an affordable extended warranty for those desiring additional benefits such as:

• Advanced replacement, and
• Longer warranty period.

Rackit standard warranty includes:

• Free 2-year warranty covers parts and workmanship
• Telephone and email technical support are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Available from Rackit on all U.S. sales
• Standard warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase (shipping date)

RackitCare includes:

• Standard warranty, PLUS
• A one-year, or two-year extension to the standard warranty coverage, PLUS
• Advanced equipment replacement (to replace a faulty product)****

RackitCare can be purchased anytime during the product's original standard warranty period at AnyTime (AT) pricing.

To enjoy Product Purchase Day (PPD) discounted pricing, RackitCare must be purchased at the time the product is purchased.***

Warranty options and pricing

Warranty prices and savings are determined by Rackit's list price and the warranty purchase date.

NOTE: Some product exclusions apply to RackitCare services. Cables and accessories are excluded from the warranty program.

* PPD (Product Purchase Day) pricing apply to RackitCare being purchased at the time the product is purchased.  A grace period of 25 days from product's shipping date is offered to qualify for PPD pricing.

** AT (Any Time) pricing apply to RackitCare being purchased anytime during the product's original Standard Warranty period.

**** Pricing includes FREE Ground FedEx/UPS shipping.  Customer gets charged upon shipping the advance-replacement product, then gets fully refunded upon receiving the faulty product.
